Sofrat Alya began as a passion project by Chef Alya, who turned her love for cooking into a thriving business in Bahrain in August 2018. The concept aimed to fill the gap in the market for a luxury, authentic Khaliji dining experience. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Sofrat Alya gained a strong following and expanded its reach to cities such as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar, Riyadh, and Istanbul.
